Second row

One lot back from the water, often still with lake views and shared or registered access, usually at a friendlier price than true lakefront.

Further back & lake-access

Set further back from the water — often a short walk to the shore, or with registered or shared community access (a beach, boat launch, or reserve). Great value, and often the sweet spot for families.
